As a one-woman team, I will always endeavour to prepare your products within 1 - 2 days of receiving your order. Once packed your order is then shipped via Australia Post to your address of choice. You will be notified via email when your parcel is on its way.

CLICK AND COLLECT

If you are local to Torquay, Surf Coast and choose 'Click and Collect' at the checkout your order will be ready for collection within 2 business days from the time you place your order. You will be notified via email of the pickup address when your products are ready for collection.

TRACKING NUMBERS

All items, excluding the 30g untracked priority postage option, will be issued a tracking number. Orders can then be tracked through Australia Post.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your product, with postage costs to be covered by you. Products must be sealed and in original condition.
